Repair Warranty

All repairs carried out at Olive Tea Phone Shop are covered by a 30-day workmanship warranty from the date of collection. This covers the specific fault that was repaired and the parts we fitted. It does not cover new or unrelated faults.

What's Covered

• Defects in parts supplied and fitted by us
• Faulty workmanship related to the original repair
• Free re-inspection if the same issue reoccurs

What's Not Covered

• Physical or liquid damage occurring after the repair
• Damage caused by opening the device elsewhere after our repair
• Software issues unrelated to the hardware repair performed
• Pre-existing issues not disclosed at the time of drop-off

New Device / Accessory Warranty

New devices and accessories purchased from Olive Tea Phone Shop carry the manufacturer's standard warranty, where applicable. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.

Making a Warranty Claim

Bring the device and, if possible, your receipt or repair ticket number to Olive Tea Phone Shop, or message us on WhatsApp.

Returns Window

Unopened, unused accessories and gadgets may be returned within 7 days of purchase, with the original receipt, for a full refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been opened, used, or show signs of wear

Faulty Items
